Chris Pawloski is an attorney in the Asbestos litigation section of ARFD.  Prior to coming to the firm, Mr Pawloski served in various legal positions at municipal, state and federal government levels, most recently serving as the Chief of Military Justice and Special Assistant United States Attorney for Fort Dix, New Jersey. 

As a result of his extensive experience working in government, Christopher has become an expert on the removal of state cases to federal court on various statutory and constitutional grounds.  Mr. Pawloski received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2000 and was awarded his undergraduate degree cum laude from Queens College in 1993.  He was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa academic honour society in 1992. 

Mr Pawloski is presently pursuing an executive MBA at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and still serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserve.

Mr Pawloski is fluent in Polish, Serbian, Russian and German and speaks conversational French.
