Mark B. Feinstein is the managing partner of the firm and one of the firm's founders. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1972. The next five years were spent as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. Mr. Feinstein then became the Executive Director of the Vera Institute of Justice Victim/Witness Assistance Project, bringing computerization to the witness notification process and various court-based services to crime victims and witnesses. He entered private practice in 1981 as a litigator at a major insurance defense litigation firm and became the firm's co-managing partner. Mr. Feinstein has spent the last 30 years involved in all aspects of law firm management. Mr. Feinstein has lectured and written extensively on the use of computer technology in law firm management.

Mr. Feinstein maintains an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell and was selected by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers for the New York Metropolitan Area. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Defense Research Institute (DRI).
