David received his B.S. in Biology from Seton Hall University in 1994.  He thereafter attained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1998.

David is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court of New York, Southern and Eastern Districts.

David handles complex professional malpractice, general liability and product liability litigation in New York and New Jersey.
