Since joining the firm 2005, Mr. Flattery has primarily represented New York area hospitals and doctors in medical malpractice litigation.  He has also had significant regulatory experience representing doctors before the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct, as well as personal injury and premises liability experience.  Mr. Flattery earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2003 and is admitted to practice in N.Y., N.J. and the Eastern and Southern Districts of N.Y.
