Erik M. San Julian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002 from Penn State University and his law degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 2005.  He is admitted to practice in State of New York, the District of Columbia and the State of Florida as well as the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

As a former associate in a Miami admiralty and maritime defense firm, Erik has successfully litigated a number of cases, including jury trials, to verdict.  He has successfully represented clients and obtained favorable results in both state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
 
Since joining the firm in 2009, Erik has been dedicated to the defense of a wide array of medical malpractice and general liability matters.
