Neel S. Desai graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs in 2006 and thereafter received his J.D., as well as a Certificate in Sports Law, from Tulane University Law School in 2009.

Neel joined the firm after graduation as a law clerk in 2009 and became an associate in June of 2010.

Since joining ARFD, Neel's practice has been devoted exclusively to insurance defense litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York.
