Andrew Tobman, a graduate from Touro Law School, has been licensed since 2001.  Upon receiving his J.D., Andrew was commissioned as an officer in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  As an active duty lawyer/soldier, Andrew was involved in criminal prosecutions, administrative and tax law issues and served as Chief Counsel before the Army’s Physical Evaluation Board (as counsel for injured soldiers seeking disability benefits upon discharge). 

Following his military service, Andrew worked for the New York State Mental Hygiene Legal Service.  There, he worked on complicated mental health cases from inception through trial. 

As a Senior Associate at ARFD, Andrew is focused on the litigation of a variety of medical malpractice cases. 

Andrew is licensed to practice in New York State as well as in Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts, as well as the Army Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
