Bench trial win for Nanor Terjanian, in New Jersey’s Bergen County Superior Court

Aaronson Rappaport proudly congratulates associate, Nanor Terjanian, on her successful handling of a New Jersey bench trial on behalf of an ARFD client, a healthcare IT consulting services company, in a breach of contract action against a healthcare IT retailer.  

The action concerned a consulting services agreement between the parties.  Ms. Terjanian successfully presented her case that, under the agreement, our client was engaged to provide consulting services to the retailer and, after reaping the benefits of those services for almost a year, the retailer suddenly terminated the relationship in violation and in breach of the express terms of the agreement. At trial, the Court agreed that the retailer breached the terms of the contract and, as a result of Ms. Terjanian’s efforts, ARFD’s client successfully recovered monetary damages.  

Ms. Terjanian also successfully defended our client against counterclaims and a third-party complaint pursued by the retailer, including alleged misconduct, interference with business relationships, and acting as an unauthorized agent.
