Aaronson Rappaport partner, Robert Chappell, and associate, Julia Harvey, successfully obtained a summary judgment dismissal on behalf of their clients, a hospital and individual provider, in a case involving allegations that the infant-plaintiff sustained brain damage and shoulder dystocia during labor and delivery. With the support of expert witnesses in the field of obstetrics/gynecology and pediatric neurology, Rob and Julia successfully argued that there was no departure from the good and accepted standard of care in delivering and caring for the infant.
