Megan M. O'Boyle, Associate

Megan O’Boyle (she/her) graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History.  After that, she earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, where she was the Vice President of the Women’s Law Forum and a member of the Interscholastic Mock Trial Board. She was also a clinical student in the Civil Litigation Clinic for one semester at the Center for Social Justice.  While attending law school, Megan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lourdes Lucas, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage, and a legal fellow at New Jersey Legal Services.

 

Before joining Aaronson Rappaport, Megan completed a year-long clerkship for the Honorable Lourdes Lucas, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. During her clerkship, Megan drafted opinions on various civil and family legal issues, conducted legal research, and mediated claims filed in the Special Civil Part of the Superior Court.

 

At Aaronson Rappaport, Megan’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of complex medical malpractice actions, representing the area’s most prominent hospitals, physicians, and specialty groups.

 

She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
