Katherine A. Gardzalla, Associate
Katherine Gardzalla graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as Associate Chief Justice of Holderness Moot Court, President of the Lambda Law Students Association, and was a Staff Writer on the First Amendment Law Review.
Prior to joining Aaronson Rappaport, Katherine served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Hate Crimes Bureau at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she investigated and prosecuted a wide array of bias-motivated crimes. At ARFD, Katherine’s practice focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation for some of New York State’s most prominent hospitals and physicians.
Katherine is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
