Rebecca L. Martin, Associate

Rebecca L. Martin graduated summa cum laude from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Thereafter, she obtained her juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Rebecca was a Dean’s research assistant, a peer tutor, and an Editor on The Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Rebecca’s Note titled, “The Big Pharma Game: How Pharmaceutical Companies Have Gamed the U.S. Patent Law System and Undermined the U.S. Constitution” was published in Volume 30.3 of The Federal Circuit Bar Journal.

At Aaronson Rappaport, Rebecca’s practice primarily focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation, representing the area’s most prominent hospitals, physicians, and specialty groups.

Rebecca is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
