On December 8th 2020, ARFD Partner, Dawn Adelson, participated in a Webinar, “A Radiology-Based Lawsuit: The Mechanics and Current Trends”, as a featured speaker before the Young and Early Career Professionals Section (YPS) of the New York Chapter of the American College of Radiology-New York State Radiological Society. The interactive lecture was a part of the attendees’ Career Fundamentals Series. Ms. Adelson addressed with the physicians in attendance the general anatomy of a lawsuit and the specific claims and current trends of radiology-based medical malpractice lawsuits.
