Lawrence W. Rosenblatt and trial team obtain defense verdict in Dutchess County

Congratulations to Aaronson Rappaport trial partner, Lawrence W. Rosenblatt, and his trial team, including partner, Jennifer Kavallieratos, and associate, Sara Aksu, on their recent trial win in Supreme Court, Dutchess County. The case involved claims that the defendants failed to properly observe the plaintiff, a middle-aged male plaintiff, who had recently undergone a left rotator cuff repair surgery, during a nuclear stress test, causing him to suffer a new tendon tear to the same shoulder. Plaintiff claimed that, as a result of the defendants’ negligence, he required two additional rotator cuff surgeries and, ultimately, a reverse left shoulder replacement surgery, leaving him with permanent limitations of the upper left extremity. The whole team worked extremely hard on behalf of their client to achieve this defense victory.
