Orthopedic case in Kings County dismissed in its entirety on summary judgment

Judge Spodek, of Kings County Supreme Court, granted Aaronson Rappaport’s motion for summary judgment on behalf of our orthopedic surgeon client and dismissed the case in its entirety. The defendant faced claims concerning the improper performance of a reduction surgery to address an ankle fracture in a 27 year old patient. ARFD Associate, Daniel Milstein prevailed in arguing that the physician properly exercised his medical judgment and comported with the standard of medical and surgical care at all times.
