Jordana Seiden Wins Summary Judgment for Aaronson Rappaport Client
November 2015 – Ms. Seiden achieved summary judgment in New York County on behalf of a New York City based hospital, arguing successfully that the plaintiff could not prove two of his causes of action and did not overcome the hospital’s entitlement to summary judgment in opposition on the final, and third, cause of action.
